Currently, Montage is not requiring dogs to be vaccinated with the canine influenza vaccine. We do, however, encourage you to talk to your veterinarian about canine influenza and if it is appropriate depending on your dog’s lifestyle.
You can either make a reservation online or by calling us at (360) 573-7691. We will ask you specific questions regarding your pet in order to set up a profile and create a reservation. Montage does not require a temperament test or interview prior to boarding.
You can tour the facility prior to your boarding date. No appointment is needed, stop by anytime between 12pm and 2pm, Monday through Saturday.
For the benefit of your pet, Montage Pet Lodge recommends that you bring their own food to maintain your pet's normal diet. This also helps prevent upset stomachs. However, we do provide our premium house food for $3/per day/per pet.
We ask that you bring the food in either 1 or 2 gallon zip lock bags or individual meal sized zip lock bags. If you have two pets with different food please label accordingly.
We provide bowls and measuring cups.
We provide elevated Kuranda sling style beds in all of our suites. Feel free to bring their favorite toys and a blanket. Please no real bones, bully sticks, rawhides or anything that could cause a choke hazard. Also no balls under 2" in diameter.
We can administer owner provided pills and ointments. There is a small charge if the medication is given separate from the food. We do not recommend putting prescription medication in the food because some pets will not eat the same here as at home. We do not administer injections.
The youngest age Montage Pet Lodge will accept is a 12-week-old puppy or kitten. Your pet must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and have had at least their second set of vaccinations: Rabies, DAPP (2 rounds) and Bordetella.

Canine Influenza is an airborne virus similar to the symptoms of other canine respiratory diseases including coughing, sneezing, nasal discharge and run a fever.
Our mission is to create a safe, clean and fun environment. Montage Pet Lodge does not accept guests at check in who exhibit signs of respiratory disease. All beds, floors, bowls and other surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between uses. As a part of our cleaning procedures, we use products that contain a Hydrogen Peroxide compound, which is used to eliminate and prevent the canine influenza virus. All Montage Pet Lodge employees wash their hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer before or after coming in contact with any dog.
We have also just upgraded our HVAC system to include UV light filtration of the air to kill airborne virus such as Canine Influenza, kennel cough, canine parvovirus, Canine distemper
